Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been accepted. Processing and delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, carrier operations, weather, holidays, hazardous-material handling requirements, address verification, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order before shipment where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or inability to lawfully ship the product to the destination.

Hazardous Materials & Transportation Restrictions

Certain products we sell, including perfumes, fragrances, and other alcohol-containing or flammable products, may be classified or regulated as hazardous materials for transportation purposes.

Transportation of these items is subject to applicable hazardous-material laws, carrier rules, and shipping restrictions.

As a result:

* Certain shipping methods, including expedited or air transportation, may not be available.
* Delivery may take longer than standard merchandise.
* Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to some locations, including certain international destinations, territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted destinations.
* Available shipping methods may vary according to the product, destination, and carrier.
* We may cancel an order and refund the applicable amount if we determine that the product cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the address provided.

Customers may not require us to use a shipping method or carrier that would violate applicable transportation requirements or carrier restrictions.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed, corrected, intercepted, or redirected.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Delivery

Any delivery date displayed during checkout or provided after purchase is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, hazardous-material routing requirements, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

When tracking information is available, customers should use the carrier’s tracking information to monitor delivery.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or other shipping problem, please contact us promptly so that we can review the shipment and, where appropriate, initiate a carrier inquiry or claim.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, do not discard the item, packaging, shipping label, or contents. Photographic evidence may be required to document the condition of the shipment and process an eligible refund or replacement.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
