Transportation of perfume is subject to hazardous materials regulations, which may restrict return shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal fragrance preferences or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Dubai Perfume US through our website with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement when applicable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please do not ship any perfume back without receiving return instructions from our team. This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
